Terms and Conditions

Due to the sensitive nature of our business, returns are not accepted. However, there is a few instances where you need to return a product. The following terms must be met in order for this to happen:

• If the product is damaged in transit. We will need a photo of the product and the container it was shipped in. Once we have this information, we will send you a prepaid return label. We will ship out a replacement once we have received the defective product. 

• If you receive the wrong product. We will need a photo of the product you received. Once we receive this information and we confirm the order, we will ship the correct product to you.
